I live here and have for over 10 years and do not know of any ‘Thrift’ shopping in the UAE malls (outlet or otherwise) especially Dubai. This is an outlet mall that you are showing in the video but not like the outlet shopping in the USA. Now, if you told be you went down to the souq in Karama that would be believable (for that ‘Gucci’ purse)..
